We are expertise in Biogas power plant design, construction, operation and maintenance for Palm Oil Mill. We handle the POME once it was discharged from oil mill until final discharge 20ppm BOD and 50ppm SS. Handling area including acidification pond, anaerobic digester biogas generation, supernatent aeration, final polishing and sludge dewatering.

For Biogas section, once the biogas is generated, it will go through our biogas cleaning system before it goes to generator. Our biogas cleaning system including H2S removal bio-scrubber, biogas dewatering, moisture removal, biogas storage and excess biogas flaring system or boiler biogas burner.

We design the overall biogas power generation plant including building, mechanical piping, electrical control panel and wiring, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and safety equipment.
